Welcome to our Project Management training with an overview on Agile and Scrum framework by Mr. Garret Stearns, and a review of project documentation and KPIs, by Jason Barid.

Mr. Jason Baird, Associate Director of Project Services at PharmEng Technology, is an accomplished program manager with a concentration of expertise in contract project management, for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, NATO/US DoD Engineering, and aviation international based projects. He has over 15 years of global project management experience. Mr. Baird’s extensive Knowledge of quality management and associated regulations across multiple industries, combined with exceptional leadership and management skills, allows him to successfully manage business-critical projects from conception to implementation and sustainment. He is experienced in leading multiple, small to large multi-million-dollar projects and project teams of 80+ personnel. Mr. Baird is proficient in stakeholder management coordinating and communicating between, executive leadership, staff, project teams, cross-functional departmental leaders, and the business, while continentally managing budget and time constraints. 

Mr. Garret Stearns has facilitated the scrum framework, agile change management, project planning, and deliverable implementation & tracking for critical warehouse management implementation projects & enhancements. He has a Scrum Master Certification and has facilitated scrum/agile ceremonies in the SM position with team members and key stakeholders. He has a Project Management Professional certification and experience in schedule management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, project execution, and monitoring. Mr. Stearns has experience in GxP documentation management for System Development Lifecycle and project documentation and has prepared and implemented project/team training programs on Agile methodology and GxP testing.
